Background & Position Summary
Purple Plum Consulting is a gold partner of monday.com – a flexible platform that improves team efficiency and productivity – that is experiencing tremendous growth. We are exclusively focused on selling monday.com software licenses as well as monday.com professional services, including onboarding, training, and implementation. The Account Executive will focus on building out a robust sales funnel for the sale of monday.com subscriptions and professional services and managing each prospect from lead to closure. This position will allow for significant autonomy and creativity in defining, and then executing a sales strategy, as well as the ability to drive go-to-market offerings and pricing and will be more heavily weighted towards “hunting” (identifying new leads) vs “farming” (cultivating existing leads).

The Solution Consultant role is key to delivering high-quality, customer-centric professional services that ensure that our customers are able to fully harness their investment in the monday.com platform. You will work directly with customers from kick-off meeting through to implementation, ensuring that their requirements are effectively implemented within monday.com – either directly or leveraging integration and development solutions. You will collaborate closely with peers to ensure your knowledge and skills are expanded and will also have the opportunity to coach and mentor others. You will enable customers grow their businesses, and deliver value, through the use of monday.com and well designed processes.
